Meet Your Coach

I'm Lauren — certified executive coach, former HR and operations leader, and someone who spent years tying her entire identity to her performance metrics. I know what it costs to be the high achiever in the room who still goes home wondering if she's doing enough.

I built LeadHER Coaching because I wanted to create the space I wish I'd had — honest, direct, and built for women who are already doing the work but need someone to help them see what they can't see from inside it.

How I Work

I don't do generic goal-setting or surface-level accountability. In our work together, I get to the root — fast. We name what's actually happening beneath the overachievement, the comparison spiral, the feeling that no matter what you accomplish, the goalpost keeps moving.

Then we build something different. A leadership approach, a relationship with your work, a sense of your own timeline — that feels like yours, not like a version of someone else's success you've been trying to replicate.
